Emma Sophia Rubinowitz

Emma joined the TMW Center in 2026 as a Senior Product Designer, where she leads the user experience across the suite of software products.

Prior to joining the TMW Center, she worked at Unite Us, a healthcare technology company that addresses socioeconomic needs by bridging the gap between healthcare and social care. Using a data-informed, systems-thinking approach, Emma designed large-scale initiatives such as the New Referral Experience that re-envisioned and improved users’ primary workflows. She also championed accessibility efforts and contributed to the design system. Before her time at Unite Us, she conducted research and led design initiatives at Cherish, a startup focused on coaching for parents of teens.

Emma lives in San Francisco, California, and her favorite childhood book is When the Sun Rose.
