Emma Berndt

Emma Berndt joined the TMW Center in 2023. As senior advisor she manages special projects in support of the center’s mission to help parents, caregivers and communities promote healthy development for all children. Prior to the TMW Center, she spent over a decade working in a variety of roles in the energy and environmental policy field. Berndt lives in Chicago with her husband and their two children. Her favorite book from early childhood is “One Morning in Maine” by Robert McCloskey.
