Erika Garcia (she/her/hers)

Erika Garcia (she/her/hers) joined the TMW Center in 2025 as the Coordinator of Assessments and Research Operations. In this role, she supports the administration of child assessments and contributes to the daily execution of research activities.

Prior to joining the TMW Center, she earned her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish from The College of the Holy Cross. During her undergraduate studies, she was involved in comparative cognition and neurodevelopment research, deepening her interest in developmental science. Originally from Ohio, Erika has a lifelong appreciation for farm animals and her favorite children’s book is The Frog and Toad Collection.
