Julie joined the TMW Center in 2018.
As Scientific Director, she helps with the design of studies and data analysis, using insights from economic models and machine learning techniques to investigate the determinants of human capital formation. Her research focuses on better understanding the drivers of child development disparities and identifying actionable tools to reduce these early disparities.
She lives in Chicago. Her favorite book from early childhood is Le Magicien des Couleurs.
