Lisa Lee-Herbert

Lisa joined the TMW Center in 2024. As Chief Operating Officer, she manages the operational and strategic infrastructure of the center.

Prior to the TMW Center, she led Platform Operations at Unite Us, a software company that addresses the social determinants of health and whole-person care. Lisa led the teams that manage onboarding and maintenance of the technology platform for customers and community-based organizations. Lisa joined Unite Us as part of the acquisition of NowPow, a social enterprise start-up focused on connecting people to high quality community resources. At NowPow, Lisa was the head of Implementation and Product Support, where she developed and oversaw onboarding and support processes across all product lines.

Prior to obtaining her MBA, Lisa led sales and implementation efforts at a non-profit arts education organization in New York City. Lisa holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

She lives in Chicago, and her favorite book from early childhood is Moo, Baa, La La La!
