Zayra Flores-Ayffan joined the TMW Center in 2019.
As Implementation Support Specialist, plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our “Any Time is 3Ts Time” program by providing comprehensive support for early pilot studies. Her expertise facilitates the progress of new research and engagement initiatives by offering technical and operational assistance to all stakeholders, including staff and program participants.
Prior to joining the TMW Center, Zayra garnered a wealth of experience across various fields, including communications and social services. Her previous work ranges from communication roles within the Government of Puerto Rico to contributions in providing family services, care coordination, and home visiting support.
Zayra holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising and an M.A. in Journalism both earned from the University of Puerto Rico. She lives in Palm Beach, Florida and her favorite book from early childhood is “The Petit Prince” by Antoine De Saint-Exúpery.
